Additional baths feature Newport Brass fixtures. Designer lighting was selected throughout, including fixtures by Hudson Valley, Visual Comfort, and Currey & Company. The third floor adds a true top-level retreat with two additional bedrooms, a marble bath, and a large multipurpose lounge ideal for media, fitness, or quiet work space. A walk-in attic storage room extends over the garage-side addition footprint, providing exceptional concealed storage without compromising finished living areas.
